Information Sharing Workshop
Multi-agency information sharing is vital to achieving improved outcomes for service users and patients and to prevent the tragic deaths of vulnerable adults and children. The NIGB, with grateful permission from the County Durham and Tees Valley Information Governance Leads Group who produced the materials, have adapted these materials for use in a multi-agency setting for all organisations working with service users and patients. This was piloted at Tees University.
