Future dates of ECC Meetings

Applicants are strongly advised to contact a member of the team prior to submitting any applications.

Applicants must ensure that they provide final versions of the application form, protocol, policies and supplementary information by 5pm on the following submission dates. The checklist of required documents is available on IRAS (access checklist). If you are unable to provide these documents by the submission date unfortunately the application cannot be accepted, unless in exceptional circumstances. Any exceptional circumstances must first be discussed with a member of the office.

Please note that outcome letters are issued ten working days after the meeting date.

  • 31 May 2012 - applications to be submitted no later than 5pm on Friday, 27 April 2012
  • 20 July 2012 - applications to be submitted no later than 5pm on Friday, 15 June 2012
  • 20 September 2012 - applications to be submitted no later than 5pm on Friday, 17 August 2012
  • 6 December 2012 - applications to be submitted no later than 5pm on Friday, 2 November 2012
