How to complain
At the NIGB we strive to provide the best possible advice and guidance service at all times. However, we recognise that there might be occasions when this does not happen. We welcome concerns from other organisations or members of the public who feel that they have not received exemplary service, in order that we can improve the service we offer in future.
If you would like to make a complaint about the advice or guidance you have received from the NIGB, or about any dealings with NIGB staff, please write to:
Dr Alan Doyle
NIGB Director
National Information Governance Board
5th floor, Skipton House
London
SE1 6LH
We will endeavour to respond to all complaints in full within 20 working days.
There is a separate procedure for applicants under Section 251 to appeal against advice given by the Ethics and Confidentiality Committee.
